Alexandre was born in 1970, in Itaperuna – RJ.
He graduated from ECA/USP in Advertising and went through several areas of the digital art production before settling as an editor and post-production coordinator.
Since than he has worked on hundreds of commercial ads, TV shows, videoclips and movies.
One of his more recent works was the short film “Landau 66”, directed by Fernando Sanches, receiver of the “Best Edition” Award in the Brasilia Film Festival and the movies “A Hora e a Vez de Augusto Matraga”, by Vinicius Coimbra, that won “Best Movie” Award in the 2011 Rio Festival and “Estação Liberdade”, by Caíto Ortiz.
In 2014 he co-directed the documentary series about Brazil’s national team’s centennial, produced by Canal Azul and that was nominated as “Best of the Year” by the APCA.
